Notion Workspace Launch
A focused launch for teams moving into Notion or starting fresh. We begin with a short discovery to agree the one use case that matters most, then I design and build it end to end: teamspaces, databases, permissions, templates and a clear home page so people find what they need in a few places. You get a working system in weeks, a recorded walkthrough, and named owners for every area so it stays accurate after handover. Ideal for wikis, intranets, onboarding hubs and project tracking.Workflow Implementation
For teams whose core processes live across spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools. I map how the work actually flows today, then rebuild it in Notion as connected databases with relations, rollups, views for each role, and native automations. Typical builds include job and project management, CRM and sales pipelines, client delivery, content operations and service desks. Every build includes testing with your team before go live and documentation of how each part works. Typical builds include job and project management, CRM and sales pipelines, client delivery, content operations, and field service and dispatch systems for trades businesses.Automations & Integrations
Examples include dispatching work to subcontractors with job files attached, SMS confirmations that update Notion in real time, calendar sync, and lead capture from forms straight into a CRM.
When Notion needs to talk to the rest of your stack. I connect Notion to tools like Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Twilio and Stripe using Make.com, native Notion automations and Notion Workers. Examples include dispatching work to contractors with files attached, SMS confirmations that update Notion, calendar sync, and lead capture from forms straight into a CRM. Builds include plain English error alerts so your team knows when something needs attention.Workspace Audit & Advisory
An expert review of an existing workspace that has grown messy or slow. I audit structure, databases, properties, permissions and adoption, then deliver a prioritised report of what to keep, fix and retire, with a Now, Next, Later roadmap. Useful before a migration, a team expansion, or a move to Business or Enterprise plan features such as SSO, SCIM and private teamspaces. The audit can stand alone or lead into an implementation.Training & Ongoing Support
Training built around your own workspace, not generic tutorials. Sessions are tailored by role, so admins, managers and everyday users each learn what they need, with recordings and quick reference guides to keep. After launch I offer ongoing support on a monthly basis: new views and databases, fixes, automation monitoring and small improvements as your team grows, so the system keeps pace with how you work.
